Pugs, he in fact did ask Puhr about that and was advised upon the advice of RMCW corporate counsel that he cannot comment on that.

The 14,000,000 represents approximately 87% of the combined consolidated assets of the merged companies. This is most definetly a
material asset. The company has not made a public statement regarding that asset indicating that they are indeed filing suit for it, nor did they reveal in their most recent 8k that there was litigation on going in recovery of this most important asset.

It is not logical Pugs that they have to date not moved more strongly
on recovery of their largest, single most valuable asset. Or have they and have only revealed this to a select few?

Kugler just advised me he called a total of three times, twice he failed to reach Puhr and spoke to him on the third attempt. That hardly qualifies for ringing the phones off the hook over a period of two days.
