From what I can tell, it looks like ATT plans to offer their service
to "7 to 10 cities" sometime later this year. 9.5 cents seems a little
steep to me.

I'm disappointed in that RB, elk, vic, etc., have not, so far, to the
best of my knowledge, more fully discussed publicly some of the
following:

Revenue estimates (guesstimates) for the upcoming six months, or
whatever.

The stock that will soon be available for sale regarding the series C
stock.

The entrance of ATT to the internet telephony business as announced on
Monday.

I an not as qualified as the people you listed to answer, but I've got a big mouth so I will try.

Sorry guestimates on revs is impossible only because we are going from ramping up to production, to the marketing of the product. Without knowing the sales amounts over the next 6 months it would be dumb to lay down a number here. I will say that this quarter we already know will be alot like last quarter in revs. next quarter will be interesting, but the real test will be the following quarter.

C shares Why am I supposed to bummed by this

T is forced to jump into the market place. there is plenty of room for the big boys to play. It probably is not on the front burner yet. They are very traditional company. I know they are under new leadership and he seems very decisive but the company is so diverse and the revenue stream from the IT would not get their full attention until it starts to explode. Remember that large companies move very slowly on new programs generally.

Believe me RBs, evan, Vics answers will be much more educational.
Hey its fun trying

Seth

The stock available relating to the preffered stock you allude to will ONLY be avaialble if the IPO does not happen by Jun 30th, otherwise it is a non issue. Of course we all hope/expect the IPO to have happened by that time. The shares are there as some form of "insurance" for the Preffered stock investors.

AT&T are in the market with others. FTEL don't need to own the market to make me happy.

BTW I was very curious that AT&T had the caveat in thier releases that the sound quality was good. This is not a ringing endorsment of their technology.
