Bruwin, the entire six-minute clip never answered my question, namely who did the dirty work in clearing a path for the president's disastrous photo op, and under whose orders were they acting under.

Was it federal troops? Was it the D.C. National Guard? Was it the D.C. police department? And who told them, "Hey, the president's coming through this way. Do your thing!"?
