Just a guess: maybe MIDD which makes restaurant equipment. On the one hand, those ghost kitchens will need such equipment. Otoh, with so many restaurant closings there ought to be a good supply of used equipment on the market. Why buy new? But otoh again, if the ghost kitchens require specialized equipment designed to be shared among the various company cooks in that kitchen, MIDD might be an obvious choice to design and manufacture that equipment. finance.yahoo.com
