I imagine that should Switzerland announce a program to do one-off printing of off-shore-only transaction-CHF, managed by Swiss banks for transaction purposes, and limited to a fixed number, or managed to w/i 2.0% per annum increase, that such an off-shore-CHF would be akin to chocolate is to cigarette as far as ‘money’ is concerned
