I would be against a lowered strike price. To investors it would be a signal that things aren't progressing in regards to sales/revenues. It would be viewed as a desperate move. Also, for the additional dilution they would be getting less money in return. A bad trade off.

current holders now would also be the ones most likely to be the "investors" that JMAR claims to so value they need to do something to make up for the financing fiasco they screwed all their shareholders over with and to get the reamining funds that they initially claimed they needed

Henry, that is one of my points of the warrants. The ones that would own the shares would be current investors, loyal investors, not large institutions that might short the stock, or other games. From what I understand, JMAR needs the money in the shorter term, and did not raise the full amount of $10 million from the swiss (just 3 million). This is a critical year, one in which I would hope that JMAR would not be undercapitalized to expand its product line(s).
