If you weren't so busy marketing your standards, you could maybe figure out some answers.
Once again, you feign ignorance.

Rudy Giuliani already pointed the way. He cleaned up NYC by being pro-cop. Crime went down, streets were cleaned up (relative to NYC standards), and the city underwent a renaissance.

Without him, NYC would have ended up like Detroit.

Now we have de Blasio taking the city back to pre-Giuliani times. The David Dinkins era.
