Looks like noone wants to hold MSON until the motion for injuction is ruled on, regardless of how good the earnings are........I guess more profits to be had for the brave, although I don't think one has to be brave to be buying MSON at 5 1/2 dollars, IMHO..........;^)

USS has completed clinical trials of Autosonix product and has formally "launched" the product. Clinical feedback was very positive. Reiterated their strong belief that the Mentor suit is without merit. Prelim injunction hearing should occur in 4 - 6 weeks. No significant legal costs expected. Several new products targeted towards the medical and food processing industry are "being prototyped" This was news to me and I find it very encouraging. There were only two questions asked (Flomenhaft and DLJ) Call lasted less than 20 minutes.
