There needs to be an investigation of whether Russia altered any votes directly. That hasn't happened yet. Also whether they wiped out any voter registration records preventing minority votes from being cast. I'm suspicious given the change in vote totals in MI and WI.

But Russian collusion didn't require those actions. They hacked emails (a CRIME) and released them strategically to assist Trump's election. A Nork agent would think stealing email is A-OK, right?
