Despite volatility SP500, DOW and DOW transports still in a sideways pattern. COMPQ set a new high yesterday but there was not follow through and it closed below the high of last week. Traders will be nervous as support is not holding. Cracks starting to show in the markets. Russell 2000 will be on sell signal if it closes down tomorrow. Financial will start to setup a sell signal if it closes below the top of the previous sideways channel.
