John, Your salary and mine may be very close to what Damadian makes. It's difficult, but I find a few coins to invest here and there. However, insider trading is not limited to employees of Fonar. They could include MD's from the acquired companies. Additionally, an investment banker was probably used to put together the aquisition plan. If it were I, and I had information about a pending merger, I might tell some friends or maybe invest myself. The SEC has more on its mind than to investigate a two-bit deal like this. If you did not intend to be sarcastic, then assume that this message is just a sincire reply to your friendly inquire. AM
