Intel completes Chips acquisition
Monday February 2, 6:35 pm Eastern Time

SANTA CLARA, Calif. Feb 2 (Reuters) - Intel Corp on Monday
completed its $420 million acquisition of Chips and Technologies
Inc, making Chips and Technologies a wholly owned unit and part
of Intel's Graphics Component Division.

Intel is the world's largest maker of microchips, and Chips and
Technologies is a leading maker of graphics chips for the laptop
computer market.

Earlier this month, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission cleared the
deal, but said it would continue to review the merged companies
operations as part of its ongoing review of Intel's business
practices.

Peter here....I haven't forgotten about your beer...it is sitting in our laundry room. I have to motivate to wrap and send it since it is glass and will require some effort.

Can you explain way ADPT is behaving the way it is? I haven't bought it but it is sure lagging....usually that means something is going on everyone knows about in the big leagues....your thoughts?
