I decided to buy some shares at $1.28. I used to own KKRO but disposed of the shares at a significant higher price. But this price seems like a steal -- even with converting preferred shares. Not really much has changed since I owned the shares before (other than the price is 25% of what it used to be).

Given the substantial wealth of several key owners (Iococca, Berg and a few others), I am concerned that they let the price get to what I think is a fire sale level. Not an impressive news release.
