It looks to me like those two JP Morgan silver traders that went to jail are out and back at work. It also looks like they have not repented of their ways.

(in edit..."went to jail". Unlikely. They were indicted.)

Gold and the miners running opposite of the markets is a very good sign. However, sometimes they will do that initially and then fail dramatically if the decline deepens. So, I think we are sitting right at a high risk / high reward juncture. If the divergence from the markets turns into a trend, it could be a big run and they may continue up no matter what the rest of the market is doing.
