UNFC: Here's what I know about UNFC. They are in the Dallas area developing an undervalued section near downtown.Seems to be the movement in some of the big cities.Dallas is a hot area for commercial real estate.UNFC has some more projects in the Southwest too. Read their latest press releases and the management types coming aboard,so I called them. The CEO called me back and basically said more releases were coming. UNFC has been slowly moving up the last month.All buys the last two days.That's all I know for now.Just a hunch on this one. Here's some more info.
