I certainly agree about the Supra but cable-based Internet access will continue to grow alongside DSL-based solutions. We'll see. TobaccoMan, I don't think you can argue with the numbers and if DIMD can string together several Q's of earnings then they will advance. Are you willing to bet they will, TobaccoMan? I am not convinced right now but that could change.

Here is an excellent assessment of the state of consumer ASDL technology today.

yahoo.com

Article confirms Jonathan's assessment of a two-year timeframe notwithstanding claims we hear by year-end '98.

Technically, seasonal selling of DIMD appears to have passed. Good earnings report has earned DIMD support in the 11+ range, rather than the 7+/- range the stock has experienced over the past two years.

Price performance of TDFX indicates 3D-graphics market is about to take off, making DIMD a beneficiary in-part. In light of this, I don't think we'll see single digits this year, & hopefully a solid, steady, sustainable climb upward as 3D takes off. JMO.

Good investing to all.
