You picture embed link is to your e-mail. No one will see it if they aren't logged in to your e-mail. When embedding a picture from your e-mail its better to download it to your PC. Then click on the little picture button the in the SI post editor tool bar (between the twitter land the quote button, its third from the right in the toolbar), then click on the browse button, browses to the picture you downloaded select it (in Windows 10 either double click on it or click open) and click insert. I did so for the picture below (supposedly of a car messing with a cell phone that automatically takes a picture after three failed logins) If you right click on it and select view image it goes to siliconinvestor.com when I do that on your picture the url bar shows a gmail link.
