Good Day! Brad,

Thank you for sharing the information regarding the European financial elements. I especially liked the buy back of the public float scenario!

After reading your posting #2084, I will respect your thoughts!

I guess I jumped the gun a bit! I also agree that Jin Chun would also have/will make an "Excellent" FAMH Thread Spokesperson! ( Just my own opinion).

Personally I thoroughly enjoy and look forward to any/all information regarding FAMH that you are able to share with this thread!

I'm guessing that the reason that you are able to get some pertinent details, may have something to do with the fact that you have been in regular contact with FAMH Management, have asked solid/meaningful questions, have developed a strong and effective two way communication style with them, and ( heaven forbid) they may even like the fact that you are an interested shareholder and can provide them some meaningful feedback!

I certainly can not speak for any other thread participants or shareholders, nor am I attempting to in any way shape or form!
But! From a personal perspective, I look forward to any additional / ongoing information that you care to share with this thread, regarding FAMH! ( Just my own personal request and opinion!)

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

Cool. And thanks Brad! I REALLY appreciate your efforts and I hope
m previous posting didn't make it sound like I don't. I think a
stock buyback would be a better idea at this point than more
aquisitions since it would improve the stock price and help them
move to a better exchange. I think getting off the OTC will help the
company more than just about anything else except the 10K.

Brad,

Regarding having one person asking the questions is IMO a good idea. Though I for one do enjoy doing my own DD and hearing from the horses mouth. But I must state that Ira was hired to run the company and not spend all day answering questions from many shareholders. Most of the questions are asked over and over again. So for now until the numbers are released and audited I vote to allow Brad or Cheryl to be the spokes person for the thread. Perhaps in the future Famh can afford to have an internal IR department. If Brad or Cheryl could gather the questions daily or every other day and fax or email them to the company, much of the bickering would end. It might even quietly cause Little Engine to stop picking on our beloved stock so much.<g>
I strongly suggest that Ira stay off the net. He would be spinning his wheels trying to smooth the waters of the thread. Let him stay focussed. We already have one President that(though I don't care much for him and didn't vote for him)is having a little dificulty keeping his mind on the business of running a country.

Brad,

Perhaps you can clarify this for me. Borrowing against the 25M line of credit will cause dilution, although supposedly "minimal," whatever that means. Meanwhile the company will be using some of the 25M (which is minimally dilutive) to buy back shares?

Doesn't this sound like the right hand robbing from the left hand to feed the same mouth?

I don't understand.
