One thing for sure, this fumble by management certainly has Wilson unamused. If he did have a buyer for his shares the offer was probably a couple of bucks higher than the current stock price. Therefore he has lost at least $2 million by deciding to "stay on" as CEO even though he has indicated that he is not mentally prepared for the task by deciding to step down. I don't give a damn how much money or stock he has tied up in this company, his decision to stay on has cost him more in actually net worth than anyone else running this company would have cost him even if they screwed up.

There are some things I simply do not understand. However, one thing is clear, Mr. Wilson made a boneheaded move and doesn't know well enough to step out of the way to make it right...or issue a statement and a vision that he is prepared to lead this company.

Enough venting....
