Exactly! I would much rather see acquisition news, accretion to earning s as a result, etc... As indicated by current short interest #'s that were posted, it appears current drop in price is directly attributable to investors bailing ship... having lost confidence in mngmt to deliver. You think given the recent fiasco & the curr situation that mngmt would be MORE REACTIVE rather than letting their own and our $$$ be pissed away... I hope mngmt isn't planning any "generous exit strategies" while screwing the rest of us.

Bid 3 3/4, ask 4. TKA, thank you for your work on preparing the list of questions. It is my opinion that one of the best opportunities management will have is to quickly and forthrightly answer every one of the questions. No "Clintonizing" the answers.
Just straight talk. No hidden adgenda. Only total candor. Anything
short of that will leave a lingering bad taste in my mouth.

For a stock buy-back, the price is right. However, I recall long ago on this thread where the issue was BNGO not having enough of a float for institutional investors to be interested in jumping in. Do we, or don't we need institutional investors? The last I heard was that less than 5% of the stock was held by institutions.

Scott-I feel the same way, however now that the $5.0 is sunk, I would like to see some sort of support from the company for the stock holders. A buy back of a reasonable amount would bolster the confidence of stock holders and increase the value of the remaining shares. Two interesting comments in the release:

"Negotiations had been going on for some
time." Sounds like his decision to leave has to go back to the period after the warrant call, since which time we have been commenting on the lack of communications from the company, looks like we now know the reason.

Also " Mr. Wilson informed colleagues he wouldn't be getting rid of the stock after all, FOR REASONS HE DECLINES TO REVEAL." I thought we were told by Mike F's office that he had a deal to sell and it fell through. This response still needs further clarifications: Is he staying until he can sell? Is he back onboard with no intention of leaving? Those questions sent by TK Allen certainly would clear the air.
