I would have preferred to send a response to your E-Mail since I'm starting to clutter this board with my drivel, but there is no e-mail address in your BIO. Please consider adding one. I use Metastock for windows to produce the charts, and Microsoft Fronpage '98 to publish the site. I also use Macrosheduler (www.mjtnet.com) to automatically update the site (although I still have a lot of bugs in this process, my plan is to update every trading day at 5pm). I use Dial Data to update the prices in Metastock. I knew nothing about web publishing 2 weeks ago, it's amazing what you can do in a little amount of time these days. I plan on adding fundimental data to the site soon with earnings estimates from Zacks.
