Doug,
saw on Zacks a strong buy from Oppenheimer dated 1/27 and a buy from Roninson Humphrey dated also 1/27.
This is the day after the massacre.
You have now 3 respected brokerage houses who like the stock.
I have learned from experience that Fist Boston targets are often (but not always) right.
Certainly this should be a good long term play (1-2 years).
We all on Silicon Investor trade too much, me included.
I saw that you trade without a broker in one of your postings.???
I like to discuss my ideas with the brokers and that helps me not to do too many stupid things. Just my 2 cents.
regards,
Alfredo

Doug,
thanks for your note. Spoke with CEO John Pino, who kindly sent me some recent reports.
He thinks the company will do well. According to AG Edwards, it may take them a quarter or two longer, but they think the stock will be 26-28 by the end of 1998.
I am willing to wait, and hopefully keep this stock for 2-3 yrs or longer.
Is this a business we want to own, like Warren Buffett would ask himself?
Although ACTM is no Coca Cola, however if I bought the shares at an average of 17 while they are doing $29 in sales per shares, than with a PS ratio of 0.6, I think I am getting the opportunity to participate in this business at a deep discount.
regards,
Alfredo
