Guys,

I have not researched this in any way, but the year-end press release made it very clear that TASA would be restating the third quarter so as to recognize certain marketing expenses in that quarter, but that this would not affect the year-end results. In effect, I believe that TASA has moved expense from the fourth quarter to the third quarter, when they were presumably actually incurred. I'll confirm this in a subsequent post, as soon as I have a chance to review the amended third quarter 10-Q.

By the way, this is a relatively common occurance.... I'm not sure, but I believe that I have done exactly this when I was a CFO of a public company.

What I don't understand is whether the additional costs are one time costs or continous ones.
