Defund, eliminate and replace with county sheriffs. It happened years ago in Pontiac, Mi. It is working. My buddy's son is an Oakland County Sheriff. He patrols and enforces the law in Pontiac. Corrupt city P.D.s can be eliminated and the good guys will get jobs with the county. PS...I have a Tampa mailing address but we have county policing. State Police for back up. RDK
