Brad- I have never seen this done thats all. Remember one statement which EVERY company lives by: CASH IS KING. If they are buying back their own shares (which is, on the surface a good thing) they will have less money for their operations. I'm pretty sure FAMH isn't that flooded with cash that they can afford to do this. BTW, stock appreciation is not a sure bet. Just my thoughts. Again, I only raise these questions because they need to be raised. Lowell
