I think what happend on the Yahoo site has to do with how the browser is reading the information. He probably doesn't have the X's and O's in the same column (which you are correct they never are) but the browser is crunching everything together. Kind of like copying a chart into email. It would never come out right.

Looking at Cymer:
It currently is sitting at a spread triple bottom at 14.5. With the relative strength being weak (with the last signal being a sell signal) and the stock still trading well below its bearish resistance line; I would wait for a buy signal before considering any new positions. Look for a move to 18 to break a spread quadruple top. If it breaks a spread triple bottom first at 14, it would be a negative sign. Daily and weekly momentums are positive so it looks like it shouldn't break this triple bottom but wait for the buy signal just in case.
