Just when the Market is making a U-turn to head higher, CPQ stock is languishing here because of the merger confusion. Poeple might stay away from CPQ-DEC until the picture gets clearer. Bad timing on CPQ's part. I think its now upto the spin-doctors at Wall Street to manipulate the stock in the short term. I cant think of any negatives about the merger. I think its a "Made for each other" match! Very good use of the CASH$$$ that CPQ had, IMO. They get to own DEC for 10% more stock issued and add about 50% more revenue. What not to LIKE!! Of course they need to fire some asses at DEC to get their profits ACT together. Too many people on board there!!

S -- Robert Palmer? Sounds good. Maybe he and Bill Gates (wasn't he one of the original members of Pink Floyd) are getting together to form a new group. Don't know why they're gonna be on CNBC though. du
