Wouldn't a stock split increase liquidity?
Not really. All a stock split does is lower the price. MSFT or IBM splitting when the price is >$100 puts the stock price within the "average investors" reach for round lot purchases. With HUMCF at $30 I don't think it would do anything (except cost the company some money in legal and accounting fees)
