I'd say the style and position of the Moustache goes with the eyebrows and the basic "Character" of this DEMENTED INDIVIDUAL ..... Adolf would have been very proud of "IT" ...... Ohhhh ..... and there's a VERY SIMPLE SOLUTION to "IT's" 'peeing' tactic ----> a Thick Sponge on a Plastic Sheet .... No need for Cop Car Cleaning, and "IT" can sit in "IT's" OWN PEE !!!
