LOL...I've been called worse. I think FUBHO did not understand the settlement details for those who still hold the stock like you and I. Glad it alerted you which was my original intention for the post.

I normally don't pay much attention to these lawsuits but I believe Georges and Deborah richly deserved this one because of their repeated misleading statements. Hopefully this will influence them to stop it!

I too thank you very much. My broker did not give me a head up. My settlement comes to nearly $55K. Most of my purchases were after October 2017. Thank you very much. Be blessed
