Esteban:

Re: "The ideal for me would be an afternoon signal that starts ticking up in the last two hours. A nice low entry keeps the damage low if the purring kitty begins to squeal."

My feelings exactly--almost from the moment I got in AMLN. I look back at the 30-minute chart

iqc.com

and just kick myself for not getting in at 9/16. The 3/16th difference may seem like splitting hairs, but it's actually 5 percent.
My thinking about cats is changing day by day. I'm now most interested in the downslope that leads to (or is constituted by) the signal day. The climb back up that slope, I'm guessing, is your initial goal as a cat-carrier. Nothing I like more then to be up 10 to 15%, real quick, and then having to make a decision about getting out, doubling down, or just being smart and staying the rudder till the current changes on you. As an old casino fart, I just love playing with the house's money.

(Still watching the NSCP ticker, because I am a degenerate gambler. Take that as a challenge for the early-entry plan, however: Where today (assume for the moment it's a real cat) would you have felt safe getting in?)
