Probably three factors: General recognition that the retail and cloud computing market share gains that AMZN has made during the pandemic will likely be permanent. CNBC.com ran a piece this morning on the continuing distress of the brick-and-mortar retailers and how that distress has impacted the mall operators. I think that there may have been a couple of upgrades last week.
