Allen, if you recall, the rebates, in a measure that defies accounting logic, were being taking out of the top line. Therefore, the problem can be corrected by reducing the top line in the future. The change in the bottom line would not be explicit. No matter. No need to dwell on IOM's past problems when their problems in the present are so abundant. The company smelled then, and it smells now. That is a warning sign to astute investors.
