Tony: Thanks for correcting me. I was in a hurry this morning and got flustered with a disconnect and was unable to edit that page as our ISP went down. Being chemically inclined Cobalt, somehow got spelt out.

Tony,

I didn't jump on Wiz, because I thought maybe He was a litte more ancient than I was. Now there you go and show your age again. One our the tech writers asked me how to spell it the other day, Do you believe I can't remember a joke but I could remember COBOL stood for common oriented business operating(not sure thats right) language. Sheesh I should have paged that out years ago. :-)

Ann

P.S. I'd just like to forget about cobol or the fact that I did it for a few years. Good money to be made at in it now, but I'll stick to 'C' / 'C++'.

Maybe you could use the article to convince everyone your not full of it. I'll still stand by my previous statements that it's going to be a long time before these P.C's are up to handling what the mainframes can do. In this case size and speed DOES count.
