Does anyone know how much the $3.5 million in pre-payment expenses in the first quarter (see 10K) will hurt RECY's projected EPS by Red Chip Review of .21 for fiscal 1998? I think with the current outstanding shares, $3.5 million is over .20. On the positve side, RCR is estimating that RECY hits $1 billion revenue run rate by 2000 while RECY management forecast the end of 1998 as the time that they'll hit $1 billion run rate.

Both MTLM and PHV stocks have deteriorated very badly. While that may sound like RECY is the beneficiary to some, often stocks move in groups or sectors. Some are stronger than others, but the general trend is typically related to an industry sector. With the extent of the deterioration in PHV and MTLM, I'm wondering if it might take 6 months to form a base again in this segment. RECY looks to have pretty good short/intermediate term support at $5 though.

Good luck to all the long term players here.
