Ricardo - with regard to your comment... "Many comments about management 'doing something' seem to me very emotional, without clear advise." My beefs specifically are: 1) Mnmgt has not been responsible to shareholders 2) Mnmgt has lost credibility 3) Status of co., leadership, strategy, future prospoects is unclear/uncertain As a result, I recommend the following ACTIONS: 1) Mnmgt be MORE responsive to shareholders 2) Mnmgt be MORE PROACTIVE and/or REACTIVE 3) Mnmgt should focus on growing the business & earnings (not power amongst themselves) 4) " should obtain the services of a REAL PR firm 5) " should promptly respond to TK's ltr to clear up matters Thn... maybe we can move forwd. P.S. - last I saw ask @ 4 1/8. With all the recent buying activity, think someone knows something & the word is getting out? B
