Have no idea whether Budesonide works or not as claimed. Suppressing inflammation locally in the airways may make a person feel better (albeit, probably not immediately) - but it’s unclear why it should stop the virus in its tracks. So, so far no opinion. I tried to check whether they really use inhalation of steroids to treat early CoViD all over Asia with such incredible success, but so far couldn’t find much.
