Fubho, I really hate these "hate crime" hoaxes. They make people more skeptical whenever real hate crimes take place.

And believe me, there are plenty of real hate crimes out there.

These hoaxes should be prosecuted vigorously, but of course liberal prosecutors these days are too chickens--t to do so.

San Francisco official proposes 'CAREN Act,' making racially biased 911 calls illegal

You can't make this s--t up.

You can fake a hate crime and file a false police report, but you can't call the police on a black man or black woman unless you KNOW beyond a shadow of a doubt that said black person is committing a crime.

And they even have the audacity to call it the "CAREN Act." How childish.
