You have not provided any evidence about BLM and communism. Let me make this very simple. The movement is aimed at trying to level the playing field. Biden does not support defunding the police. I believe that some money will be reallocated to other specialties including mental health but those decisions will be made at the local level. I know of some departments that have very good training in mental health including the response to drug overdoses. Now you also focused on the words "chilling effect". It is quite telling that you have never expressed how Trump's actions have resulted in the very effect that you complain about. While there are many I will provide one striking example. Lt. Col Vindman retired from the military yesterday after Trump and his minions retaliated against him for his impeachment testimony. This man was a decorated war hero who also was awarded a purple heart. He knew that testifying would be risky but decided that he had an obligation to the american people. Rich
