After reading everyone's comments, I think the best thing would be for the warrants to expire on the date originally scheduled, and then have all of this uncertainty over warrants behind us. Let's get them out of the way and go from there without this "cloud" over us.

Swiss Investor Short Position...Back to Basics:

Why would a sophisticated investor put up millions of dollars of new cash in a micro-cap situation and immediately short the position?

This thread does not provide any clear thinking on this issue, and management will not respond to inquiries. Any suggestions?
