Sorry Chi Pan nobody knows. Greenspan speaks Thur. so market will hold it's breath and listen. He always affects the mkt. one way or another even when he says nothing!

Vol. was very good on Wed. as were earnings reports. Price usually follows volume so with a little luck maybe the rally will continue but don't get too euphoric or you will get a rude awakening.

Abby Cohen reiterated her target of 8700 for the Dow by year end so this should give the bulls some room to run and the bears something to chew on.

I was reading comments by a couple of "experts" that if we get a strong volume close above 8000 that we could test 8100 and then the party is over for awhile. Once again. Who knows????

8000 seems to be a tough number to me. At least we hit 8014.87 intraday today.

Greenspan speaks again today so far he has been good for the market. Certainly has to be careful with SE Asia problems hanging over everyone's heads.
