Bilberry, you are still making the assumption that the warrants will be exercised....that means the stock has to trade over 6 dollars! There is absolutely no guarantee that this will ever happen. Then what? Jmar does a placement anyway and we still have warrants hanging over our head? If the stock does get to 6 dollars, why not just do a secondary then? Much easier for the stock to get that high WITHOUT the added dilution of the warrants.

In addition, what makes you think anyone will hold the warrants and exercise them if possible. Everyone I know will be selling them on the day of an extension announcement....after all they are just 1/8 of a buck and all these buyers will easily triple thier money on any extension....who is going to own them then?.......;^)

What am I missing? JMAR received $3 mil from the Swiss, and they're getting another $10 mil from DARPA. Doesn't that equal $13,000,000? Isn't that $1,000,000 more than JMAR's cash flow projections indicated would be needed? On the other hand, if the warrants are extended, won't JMAR get $4.68 for every one that's exercised? Are we thinking of the good of the company, or a quick slurp of profit on the SALE of JMAR shares? Surely, there is less here than meets the eye.

So to be so boring. It's not likely to happen again soon. Regards.
