Wayne, Thanks for taking the time to talk to Mr. Arnold and post the results here. I appreciate your efforts. I have two questions for now : 1) When will the 8-k actually appear on edgar? (It seems like it should be there by now.) 2) I assume in point #18 you are talking reverse split. Will this happen when they change the name of this company to WOTD? regards,p.b.
