You have to make your decisions on what you beleive. However you are dead wrong about DCI being a scam. I cannot speak for CardCaller Canada but if you call the company headquarters at 1-203-380-0910 I am sure they will answer your questions and concerns. This company has real sales and earnings as evidenced by the 10-Q's they have filed for over the last year. Your statment about the company has no merit, just because you got a non-favorable reply to your call.

Do your own dd by looking up the company 10-Q's and 10-K's then come back and call it a scam. Come up with a more credible piece of evidence than you called CardCaller Canada. That is ploy to try and drive the price down. Some people have no consience.

Is it true that when you called Exxon and got an unacceptable answer that you called them a scam also? Regardless of what you do say, when the buyback begins and the company is seen supporting the stock, I guess you'll be left holding the bag. To bad... good luck with your future endeavors.

I suggest this is a scam and nothing but a scam. Don't put your money into this one.

I don't think you'll get a big response here, as most people that post on this thread know considerably more about DCTC that you do, apparently. I can't know your motives, but if you come back to visit us in a month or so, I think you will have a very different impression.

By the way, I took a look at some of your recent posts, and I noticed that the allegation of "scam" came up more than once. Just an observation.

Hmmmmmmmm.

Mr. Yields,

I seem to remember you/your style from another thread. I believe you are a principal/owner in the "Stock Detective?"

I'm reticent to believe any gross positive or negative views on a security when someone doesn't list a valid email address.

Onward,

George Bigelow

OK, this is the first time I am on the thread, and it cost me $125.

I am the President and CEO of CardCaller Canada Inc. a subsidiary of DCI, and Michael's younger brother.

To date I have left all the typing to Michael, but after having being viciously attacked both personally and corporately I have been left with no alternative but to come forward and respond.

CardCaller Canada Inc. (CCI) has been in business since 1992. It employs 20 persons, has annual sales in excess of 6MM, has the largest and most established distribution of pre-paid telephone calling cards to independents in Canada, has been a pioneer of pre-paid products, and is currently recognised as a leader in the industry. CCI has a state of the art switching system with very strong multi carrier relationships (which we do not disclose over the phone to anybody because of competition), has an infastructure that is second to none in this country, and has distribution centers in Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Edmonton, Banff, Jasper, Vancouver, Whistler, and Victoria.

We sell over 30,000 cards a month, collect our receivables and pay our bills. We are a real business and are proud to be part of the DCI team, that has many real down to earth, hard working and talented employees both at corporate head office and subsidiary levels trying to build a large diversifed telecom company that will benefit all shareholders.

There are a lot of good things coming our way this year and some of them very soon, and I give great credit to Michael and Joe who are putting in hundreds of hours to making things happen. Their energy levels and positive approach to all matters are an envy of any company out there. Just watch.

I have read your appology and would ask that you further personally appologise to my dedicated staff who have been with me for six years of hard and enduring work.

Our product is pre-paid cards but our strength is our people.

Charles

TO ALL:

I intentionally stayed out of the fray yesterday. I wanted to see what developed and take some time to think about it. I want to express just a couple thoughts, and then it's over as far as I am concerned.

I want to remind you of the seriousness of the allegation that "yields" made on a public forum:

This one stinks to high hell to me. It seems that this place is just a shell company, because, they seemed to not want to sell a product that does not exist! I suggest this is a scam and nothing but a scam.

A number of posts have been made stating that the Zwebners are overreacting. "Hey, I see stuff worse than this all the time." But the statements by "yields" are slanderous. Based on a single phone conversation (with the secretary, no less), he has come out and publically accused DCI management of being crooks!! Not incompetent; not overhyping; CROOKS! That is, everything they have said to you over the past weeks and months about their efforts on your behalf has been a lie.

To those of you who think the Zwebners are overreacting, I don't think you have considered this from their perspective. Whether or not "yields" made these accusations with malice or not, I couldn't say. But it was highly irresponsible and thoughtless. My guess is that he would not have made such a brash claim if there was more accountability on SI, and if his identity were known. I personally have chosen not to use my own name on internet forums as I had a bad experience once. However, my e-mail is available for anyone who wishes to contact me personally. And I can tell you that I would never make the kind of attack that we saw yesterday without doing my homework. I know that this kind of thing is bound to happen again, but that doesn't mean that it should just be deemed acceptable.

My support is with the DCI team. I understand their frustration at having to take this kind of baseless attack from an adversary that they can't even confront. Having said that I am ready to move on.
