That piece is well-designed to mislead the simple. In effect, it is saying, "Don't look at the disaster here in NY; look down there in Texas where the disaster is a fraction of what it is in NY." Move along now, nothing much to see. It is all in Texas. Of course, you're not stupid. You understand what's happening here. And in FL and the rest. And there was a leadership crisis in NYC, and it's name is Cuomo and he is still there.
