TKA, - Thanks again for compiling the list of questions which management must address. Your efforts are greatly appreciated by most of us on the thread.

As I see it the State of SC is really grasping for straws if they are attempting to rely on a law originally enacted in 1712. This is bizarre! I only wish some past, distant relative of mine had placed $50.00 in my name in a very long term CD at 5% back then. Ahh, the power of compounding.

I wanted to thank you for all the work you did compiling that list of questions for all of us. Times like these are alot easier when someone steps up to the plate and gets things done. I'm sure the great folks at BNGO can't wait to answer these questions and show all us shareholders/owners that they're on top of things like a good, solid management team!

Also, good job on converting 1712's $50.00 into today's dollars. If a lawyer can't use that angle to get these cases thrown out of court, they ought to be sent back to the reptile cage at the zoo. {IMHO}
