Again this virus acts as though it reaches herd immunity.Total who develop immunity will go over the herd immunity depending on how fast virus spreading. Other areas of the country should have less deaths per million as virus took off slower and better techniques decrease the deaths. If true it would argue for isolation to slow down spread until immunity reached. Again to me it was clear there would be no second wave. The virus is too infectious to have that many infected then flame out within 2 months.Look at what the virus does

New York city on the whole is at covid 2500 deaths per million. Parts of Queens. NY are at about 4500 deaths per million.

USA at 415 per million and Texas around 110 per million.

You don't want it to get as bad as East Elmhurst Queens all over the USA. That is 11 times from here. If that is herd immunity, that is far away.
