Hi Mike, Thanks for the Options Update (and for keeping an eye on my order). The fill came through at 1 13/16. Definitely a fair price. In case anyone is curious, I sold some common shares today and bought a bunch of Aug 12.5 calls. If RAIN offers some good news on the COO/Pres and/or SSS and/or more open communications with investors on the Feb 4th Confernce Call, I'll hold on to my options and common shares. If not then I'll keep liquidating my common shares and mostly just hold the calls until I see some progreess being made on the above problems. I think we'll be basing here between 11 and 12 1/2 until RAIN makes some progress on these problems. Regards, Dennis
