Crude Oil: WTI has been down as much as two per cent as BNN.ca Bloomberg News partners report OPEC+ is “leaning toward” easing production curbs, as planned, to 7.7 million barrels per day, from the current rate of 9.7m bpd. The issue will be addressed on Wednesday in a virtual meeting of the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee.
