Lithium for health. Thanks for that. It isn't very precise. It doesn't give good levels or excessive or graphs or dosages. Or interactions.

So it looks as though therapeutic amounts for brain function changes are likely to be dangerously high for kidneys. But what of lower doses to provide 116 year lifespan for those who have got other things right? No information.

And what's the supposed mechanism for life extension?

Edit = I see Ant has given dosages. But normal therapeutic should be broken into 40 pieces not 4 to get 5mg.

Arun a normal daily dose of lithium for bipolar is about 1200-1800mg a day. We are talking 5 mg a day. One might check a thyroid level after a year or two but no need to check renal function on 5mg.If you think renal functioning should be done let them know down in Texas where there is 3mg a day in water supply. We are talking micro dosage
